Customize page dosn't load up ?

When I open the page "customize" it's just say loading on the top bar... but nothing show up ?
same thing in safari and chrome. It was working on my localhost with mamp, but online it dosn't work.

Any idea how to fix this ?

I already have remove and install the plugin.
