how to hide youtube controls and make the videos autoplay?

Hello,

I would like to hide the youtube controls (header and play button) and make them visible only on mouseover.
I would also like to make the videos autoplay. I've tried to add ?autoplay=1 at the end of the video url but it didn't work.
Any ideas?

then you need to embed the Youtube videos via the normal Youtube iframe and put it into the HTML-Element.
