I cannot unsynch elements in phone layout

I have some issues unsynching elements in the phone layout, the toggle to unsynch is not showing in my griddder (see attached).

How did the problem persist over the week, did you manage to come to a solution?

Or does the Bug still persist?

If so i will put it in our Bug report for further inspection
