Customize page not working

Hi there,

The customize page is not working on my site. When I click on it it shows a grey area, with no edit options.

I have removed all pug-ins and removed the theme and reinstalled it. I have also removed all css and html addtions and still no luck.

Can I send you my login information to have you check in on what the issue is?
