No intro option in customize menu :(

I would like to make an intro photo on my website, but I don't have the option in my customize menu.
Do you have to install something to get it?

The intro feature must be activated in "Lay Options" -> "Activate Intro Feature"

the same for me, even if intro feature is activated in Lay Option
It is not in Costumize options.
An idea ?
