Fixed Close button on top of image

Help!
I would like to add a fixed close button and also text, which is fixed on top of the project. (Like in the Example)
How can I do this?

What would the closed button 'close/activate? you can do this with adding HTML to the Gridder and then assigning some jQuery to it - just need to know its function :)
