Cannot load manage- (lay options menu)

After add, install and activate Lay Theme on Wordpress, I tried to enter license key on Lay Options and appears the following message: cannot load manage-licenseactivation.
The same problem happens for the other options: gridder, custom css, footer and webfonts.
Anyone with the same problem?
