Intro - Reappearing every time you go back to frontpage

Hi

Is the "intro" supposed to work like it does on the site i'm working on: http://tanjakirst.com.linux395.unoeuro-server.com/ .
Every time you tab the logo or just navigate back to the front page the intro is loaded yet again instead of just showing up once when you first enter the page?

I have tried to remove all Shortcode, Custom Code and deactive all the plugins, that did not help.
