Carousel: Image Resultion does not affect height (anymore)

Hi,
since the PlugIn Update the Carousel does not display my images correctly anymore.
Carousel Settings of fixed height 40vh + Slideswidth 25% do not result in a unified image height within the carousel anymore. (I adjusted each pic in CC to 800px height. Square pics are discplayed taller than the same height landscape layout pics.See here:

Thanks for the report, sorry that your are having issue after the update - could you please confirm the following for me?
Wordpress, Lay Theme & Laytheme's Addons are all up to date ?
( Carousel and Lay Theme must be in sync with each other )Any custom CSS or JS that may interfere is temporarily removed.
Any third-party plugins are de-activated to see if this resolves the issue.
If able, could you then create another new carousel with the same setup and see if the issue persists?
If indeed a Bug will forward to Armin as soon as possible for a closer look! 🔍
