wordpress 5.9 the costumize page is not showing up

Dear Armin, maybe you know already. After upgrading the wordpress 5.9 the costumize page is loading forever without showing up. Do you know how to resolve this?

Have you deactivated all plugins? Does it work then?

I also have no issue with my Customizer on Wordpress 5.9, so to be sure:

Wordpress, Lay Theme & Laytheme's Addons are all up to date ?

Any custom CSS or JS that may interfere is temporarily removed.

Any third-party plugins are de-activated to see if this resolves the issue.

If you go into > Tools > Site Health >

Then > Info > server > you can see what PHP version you are running:

If your WordPress Dashboard shows a warning "PHP Update required”
 Please update your PHP version in your webhost control panel.

It could be a PHP issue which is something related to your Webhosting and not a Lay Theme issue (contact webhost).
