"Frontpage made with Lay Theme" in google seach

When I search my web in Google, the tag "Frontpage made with Lay Theme" will always appear.
Does anyone know how to remove this? No paid add-on or solution, please.

Dear @terra

I believe you are referring to the Meta description for your website?
You can change this within Lay Options > Meta:

It will not change instantly as google takes some time to re-index your site. 🌝
