gridder is preventing a plugin's content coming through
-
I'm trying to install a new plugin with Tarokina Pro.
I have been in touch with their support.
I have embedded the relevant shortcode into a new page.
The general content is loading as I would expect but the images do not. After an investigation their support team said it was the gridder preventing this specific content/images specifically from loading.
I have a couple of questions
- is there a fix from similar scenarios that could apply
- is there a way to turn the gridder off for this particular page? Or does it mean that I should apply a new theme to the page?
