Intro page always showing up

Hello,
i activated the intro feature on my website, but the image always shows up when i click the main menu button that's just supposed to get me to the landing page. how do i fix this? I only want the intro showing up ONCE at the beginning when you visit the website. Can someone please help?

u need to make sure "lay options" → disable ajax/compat mode
is NOT checked

also make sure u dont have woocommerce enabled
also make sure you dont use a shortcode on your frontpage or footer that is in use on your frontpage

@arminunruh Thank you. Since it's an online shop i have to enable woocommerce. Is there any way i can do it without disabling woocomerce?
