use underline for "next/prev project"

right now, it's only possible to use a mouse-over-colour for the next/prev arrow or text. how can I use underline? custom css? thanks

go to customize -> links in texts -> links in texts

@arminunruh thanks. but this actually doesn't work for the project arrows (customizer > project arrows). there's no underline showing up, even tough all the other links on my website have the underline.

under index > choose a project
