Can fullscreen slider be applied only to mobile layout?

I was wondering if it is possible to have the Fullscreen slider effect work only on mobile of the same page[homepage]?

I'm trying to achive the Fullscreen effect when you scroll, only on mobile, without affecting the desktop view.

@arminunruh Unfortunately, having custom phone layout turned on, doesn't seem to affect changes made in the customize menu still are universal.

yea its still going to be the same frontpage on your phone.
but using custom phone layouts, you can have different content for phone on that same page
