Lightbox addon in news elements

Hey!
I just started with Lightbox.
For now everything works accordingly but I figured out that Lightbox won't work in News Elements/Posts even if I set them up the same way like "normal" projects.Is there a way to enable lightbox for news or not or is the problem somewhere else because usually it should work? and if not is there plans for this to be released ?

hey you can update the lightbox addon now and then it will support news posts too!
go to lay options -> lightbox addon
and click "activate for news"

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
This often solves issues you might run into
When you post:
- Post a link to where the problem is
- Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
- If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
