Licence key problem : fullscreen adon instead of Carousel adon

Hello,
I had a few problems with my website and had to reinstall it entirely. When I used my key for the carousel addon, it didn't offer it to me, but instead I got the fullscreen addon. Is there a way to rectify this and get the carousel addon instead of the fullscreen?
