Marquee linked element is not working

Hi there,

I came across the following issue on different browsers.

When linking an image element included within a marquee, the element appears to be linked but the link leads nowhere.

Any idea how to solve this?
I would really appreciate your support.

Exactly, when I click nothing happens on both desktop and mobile.
