Tags for sorting Projects "All" instead of "X"?

Good morning. I need to make some changes to a client’s website. Currently, there is only a button with an “X” to show all project tags. The client would like to have an “All” option at the beginning of the tag list. Is it possible to implement this without adding the “All” tag to every project?
