some questions before I buy...
-
Hi everyone,
Looking to make myself a simple portfolio website, and laytheme with full screen slider seems to be it. However I have some questions:
– Is it possible to remove the dots at bottom centre of the screen? If I have automatic scrolling does this remove them? I would like the user to be unable to click through and pause on images
– Can you create mobile version of images so you can avoid any awkward cropping?
– I would like to have a very short sentence at the top of my page followed by three links (instagram etc) is this possible? Looking to avoid an info section of my website for nowThank you!

yes!
Lay Options -> Fullscreen Slider Addon:
turn off circles for navigation– Can you create mobile version of images so you can avoid any awkward cropping?
well you can create a custom phone layout. in there you can use other versions of your images that have a different aspect ratio.

there is not feature yet where you can choose a part of your original image to be shown. also there is no feature to crop your image. it needs to be cropped correctly before uploading.

Sure, you can use Lay Options -> Activate Fixed Header
then create a page you use as your fixed header
and make sure you hide your desktop menu and mobile menu in
Customize -> menu style
and
Customize -> mobile -> mobile menu
I also code custom websites or custom Lay features.
