Sticky footer in IE 11.1

Hi,
I know this has been an issue before with IE, but it's apparently still an issue. The whole content area of the site is covered by the footer not displaying correctly.
I unchecked sticky footer and the site is fine, but wasn't this fixed? Should we give up on sticky footer?

I also tested it and I see a wrong footer as well.
