Gridder Missing from Back Office – impossible to Edit Site

Hello,
A few weeks ago, the Gridder disappeared from our WordPress back office, and we are currently unable to make any modifications to our website. I have already updated WordPress to 6.9, all themes, and PHP to 8.4, but the issue persists.
I usually work on Chrome, but I have also tried Safari and the problem occurs in both browsers.
Could you please advise on how to restore the Gridder ?

can you try to disable all plugins?
and see if it shows up`? maybe its a compatibility issue with a certain pluginif not

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
