Tags disappear when switching categories

When I switch to the category invited projects only the tags that are also in the category WORK show up.

to me it looks like this:

so you got 2 categories:

Work

and

Invited Projects

it seems that maybe the projects in the category "Invited Projects" only contain one project that has the tag "Installation" ?
If thats not the case, I would need to take a closer look:
