Lay 10.6.2 + PHP 8.2: Fatal error when editing posts/pages

Hi Lay Support,
since updating earlier today to Lay Theme 10.6.2 on a Bitnami/Lightsail WordPress setup, I can access wp-admin, but opening any page/post in the editor crashes and shows “There has been a critical error on this website”.Server details:
• PHP: 8.2.7
• Lay Theme: 10.6.2
• (Bitnami / AWS Lightsail stack)!![Screenshot 2026-03-03 at 11.24.33.png]
Do you have any idea what might cause this?

Apache log shows this fatal error:
PHP Fatal error: Uncaught TypeError: array_merge(): Argument #2 must be of type array, bool given
in /opt/bitnami/wordpress/wp-content/themes/lay-5/formatsmanager/formatsmanager.php:685

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
This often solves issues you might run into
When you post:
- Post a link to where the problem is
- Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
