    thank you. any work arounds?

the reason being is that i want it for one animation heavy page (i notice the animations dont really work with a mouse wheel without smooth scroll).

But on other pages I prefer normal scroll, as I have observed the smooth scroll glitches when moving over videos sometimes.

Any custom code tips would be appreciated. Cheers!

or if there is no way to limit smooth scrolling to one page

do you have any thoughts about a fix for the effect smooth scroll has on embedded videos - when scrolling over youtube/vimeo embedded videos there is a glitchy stuttering and the scrolling gets stuck.

Would really appreciate it! :) It's the last thing I need to resolve for my site to be ready.

Sorry about the huge delay here. I had some neck problems and a lot of work.
Can you point me to a page where you see the issue, so I can see the issue?

I can't reproduce this when I try this myself. I'm on Firefox.

Hi Armin, Thank you for getting back to me on this - I really appreciate it. Hope you are feeling better in the neck area :)

try this page. if you scroll towards the bottom of the page there is a large, embeded Vimeo video and a few more beneath:

          https://thomasmayer.co.uk/karaoke-mic-bike/

as far as I can tell, this only happens with mouse wheel scroll. But it is consistent across the site with youtube and vimeo. Laytheme embedded videos work fine.

I would turn smooth scroll off, but it nullifies a lot of my the element animations, as far as I can tell.

          Cheers!

I realise now that it does this with any i-frame content

Seems like a limitation of the smooth scroll library I'm using.
next update will include a little hack so the scrolling will be better on iframes.

looks to be the culprit :)

Thanks. I will check it out when the new update comes.

                Cheers!

                  hey @arminunruh.

Just updated and it looks like your iframe hack works! Nice - thank you!

Still a little jittering, but only when I really put it to the test by scrolling ferociously up and down and moving side to side.

Thanks man, that has really made a difference.

In the end, I think I am going to go back to classic scroll. I miss out on a couple of animations and the parallax is not the same, but I found that there was quite a bit of glitching with the smooth scroll overall and the site just didn't feel particularly comfortable.

Thanks for working on this anyways. The animations in general are great!
