Too many automatically loaded options

Hello, lately I am getting this information on all my laytheme installations, is that something that can and has to be be solved via the lay theme?
"Automatically loaded options are configuration settings for plugins and themes that are automatically loaded every time a page is viewed in WordPress. If there are too many automatically loaded options, they can slow down your website. Your website has 514 automatically loaded options (size: 9 [or 4] MB) in the options table, which may be causing your website to run slowly. You can review the options that are automatically loaded from your database and remove any options that are no longer needed by your website."Thanks!

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"

- Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
- If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
