It is possible to manually disable specific cells/lines on a specific page or in a specific project?

Or at least disable "News" header is the specific news category is empty at the moment?

Hi, Armin!
We are still not online :) At the time we use "Collaps Row" feature, to disable "News"-Title if there are no news below.

P.S.: Header was misleading, I guess.
