How is it possible to include vertical font to my Lay Theme side?
Here is an example for a side with vertical font: www.neu-designbuero.de

to be correct. You want to rotate the font.

Yes, this is possible easily. Have a look here:
https://www.w3schools.com/cssref/css3_pr_transform.asp

You can do this with Custom CSS.
