text editor

hi everyone, all of a sudden the text editor is not working any longer. it doesn't matter if i'm using firefox, chrome or safari. and it also doesn't matter if i want to change the font color or the text format, the required popup/window of the function is appearing under the main text editor window (see screenshot's).

what's going wrong here?

Yup, same here. Doesn't work anymore after updating to the latest release.
