Needing help

Hi all,
I have 2 Servers clustered together 1 Ragnarok & 1 Island, when we go the the ragnarok server to get Eggs be it Wyvern or Boss Rex Eggs & take them to the island server to hatch or trade the Eggs are not hatching at the level we got them at. Example: Poison wyvern level 340 egg when hatched is level 1,same with any other Egg But if we breed on the island server the eggs hatch correctly? Please helpI didn't find the right solution from the internet.

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
