Fullscreen slider cursor

I'm noticing that the up/down cursor for my fullscreen slider pages is displaying intermittently.

Is this something I have broken, or is there another reason?

do you have the newest updates of Wordpress and Laytheme?

On my computer I can see the arrows all the time.
