Add fixed image anywhere on page

Hello,

Is there a possibility to add a fixed image anywhere on the page?

I do know about fixed background images, but I'm not able to transform this to my current problem..

Here's an example. I'm talking about the fixed logos at the bottom left.

Dear @David-Pampus
you can add an image in the CUSTOM HTML SECTION and then format it with the CUSTOM CSS.

Then the image will be shown on all pages.

position: fixed; will make it fixed :-)
