Slow image load time

Hello,

Love the theme. Been using it for a while now but is there anyway to speed up load time of images? Things load super slow throughout my site: http://dannymaker.co/

Anything you see that might be causing it? Thanks!

it really is super slow.

Many possibilities:
Gifs don't get compressed.

I recommend to use videos instead.
There the pre-loading is different.
