Menu bar covering text.

Hey guys,

Any ideas how to fix this issue: as I resize my browser window sometimes my content/text gets hidden under the menu bar. I imagine it a simple fix but I cant figure it out haha. I would prefer the content to resize but acknowledge the fact that there is a menu bar in place?

Then it does not move.
