SVG logo / Site Title hover colour change

Hi there,

I wish to use a SVG logo as the site title. I know I can upload a SVG file in the Customize / Site Title settings, but is there a way I can change the SVG logo site title colour from black to red when it's hovered over?

I did add the SVG code into the Custom HTML settings, then added some Custom CSS which enabled the colour change. However, this added an additional file, separate to the site title?!

What am I doing wrong? Any help and advice would be appreciated – thank you!

Dear @Des
this is not an LayTheme option.
You would come up with your own code and put it into the CUSTOM section.
