Licence key problem

Hi guys,
I bought my licence in 2018 and my former portfolio has been hacked few months ago.
I had to delete everything from my FTP and change my domain name.
Anyways I want to share my new website but I can't activate the lay theme licence cause I couldn't desactivate it before (I had no access on it at the time)…

I sent a mail to licensekeys@laytheme.com but I had no answer…

Does anyone know what I can do to fix that ?

hey sometimes it can take a few days for me to get back to you, sorry about that
i probably have answered you by now.
there are no license key related emails in my inbox that i haven't answered right now
