bottom Marquee visibility in Overlay page problem

Problem:

Marquee not visible when:

Is placed bottom in an "overlay" page (full width, in a row with browser height) with the animation from bottom to top. U need to scroll down to make it visible even if the diseable scrolling is chekced in the overlay page.
With other animation, fade, slide from top etc, works correctly.

Can u check it Armin?

can you try and set frame top and frame bottom to 0 on the overlay page?
i use a browser height row, then i set frame top and bottom to 0 and put my marquee at the bottom, its a page overlay, not a project overlay:

also make sure to update lay theme, maybe that does anything?
