Content displayed twice in mobile view

Hello again,
in mobile view, the content that is normally placed under hero image is —as a badly formatted duplicate—also displayed above the image across all pages of my site. Below the hero image all is well. See Clip – . This happens in Version 8.1.3

When I revert to an older version of LayTheme (6.9.5 is my newest backup) this is not the case. I wanted to check back before I update to 8.1.4.

website works now, but with LayTheme 6.9.5. This error occured with Laytheme 8.1.4 before i loaded a backup.

I've the same Problem on multiple Sites:
On every Page, that has a custom phone layout, the content is displayed multiple times. Once before the actual phone layout begins, and then the phone layout as it should be.
example: www.merkmal.de (Lay ThemeVersion: 8.3.2)

ok seems like maybe it only happens if we use the cover feature, let me check
