can't add text formats

hi,

for some reason i cant add any text formats - the dialog windows underneath the info boxes are simply missing:

wp and laytheme are updated

any idea what i can do?

i fixed it

had to put

define('CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS', false );

in wp-config.php

very rare error!
not sure why it happens thats random
