Scroll to expanded row not working

It's just not working, no matter what I try. I check the box "scroll to expanded row" and save and update. And then nothing. It expands the row, but it does not scroll to it. When I go back to check the link settings the box is magically unchecked again.

Is this something I'm doing wrong or is it a bug?
