laykeymanager
-
hey, still having an issue with signing into laykeymanager.com with either "alasdair@alasdairdimmick.com" or "mail@creativerain.co.uk". It worked over a year ago but since then no laykeymanager sign in email ever lands in my inbox. Wonder if you could look into it? My host is Siteground, they said there were no logs to troubleshoot and I've whitelisted the domain and the laytheme email to try and strengthen the chance of the email arriving to my inbox but still not arriving.
I really appreciate you manually sorting my license keys when I ask but would be great if I could do it especially with the new update.
Thanks!
Alasdair

hey i think you need to actually wait for the process to be finished and then show the message "email was sent"
i could be wrong, i'll have to check this out and make it work even if you click submit and quickly close the page

thanks armin, yeah it always says 'email sent' but still never arrives.
-
mmh weird, i need to check out why it wont work for you
-
ok can you try again in a few minutes?
seems like somehow when using your info, it created too many db connections, but that should work correctly now.
I also code custom websites or custom Lay features.
