Full screen Slider not working fully in projects.

Hi I’ve been working on the site recently and the Fullscreen Slider “auto scroll” has suddenly stopped working.
Manual navigation still works (I can click to move between slides), but the automatic scrolling with trackpad won’t trigger.
I checked the Laytheme Fullscreen Slider settings and Auto Scroll is definitely enabled. I also tried toggling various slider options on/off with no change, and even disabled all custom code - still no change.
As a workaround I switched to CSS scroll snap, which works, but I lose features I really like (e.g., infinite loop).
Any idea what might cause auto scroll to stop working, and how to fix it?

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
