lay theme options: Color palette not being saved and buttons settings don't appear

I wonder if this is a general bug? My color palette is not being saved. Also when I click on the buttons section nothing appears. I just updated on the latest version 10.2.8 and using Safari on Macbook. Thank you 🫰🏽

if you updated to 10.3.1 before, pls update to 10.3.2 instead
