How to style Site title?

Hi all,
I can't seem to figure to style the Site Title - anyone who can guide me?
Text Formats is not the place (I think...) and I can't seem to find any other logic place. I want to have a different formating for desktop and phone usage - ie. for Phone, I'd like the title not cantered (default) but left-aligned and bold. - how can I control and differentiate this?

in customize -> site title
and
customize -> mobile (smartphone) -> site title

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
This often solves issues you might run into
When you post:
- Post a link to where the problem is
- Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
- If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
