ecwid shortcode mobile not visible

Hi laythemers...
i tried an embed and the desktop works fine, but on mobile its not visible: https://shorturl.at/jy3Yh

their customer support sent me this:

width: 50% !important;
}}

it worked for a minute, then stopped working.

probably it works if you delete the custom phone layout

oftentimes shortcodes of plugins dont work when they are inserted twice on the same page.

when using a custom phone layout, you basically have the "same" code twice in your website markup

you could also try creating 2 different ecwid embeds so you have 2 different shortcodes and then put one in the desktop layout and one in the phone layout

but yea probably the easiest way to do it is just:
delete phone layout:

[anotherlayer]
