Issues with updates / layouts and calendly integration

After the last Wordpress update the calendly integration on my clients website didnt worked anymore.

while trying fixing it i found out, that calendly offert new widgets to integrate calendly into the website.
after rebuilding and reconfigurating all the buttons the website looked and worked fine (i cleaned the cache).
the client informed me, that the website layout looks destroyed. Which i could not recreate. Later i tried visiting the website in private mode and i can see his issues.
For me it looks like that in private mode (or after cleaned browser cache) the website is loading an old version. Because here i can see some [short code] we no longer use.thats a really strange bug and i can not wrap my head around how to fix it.
can anybody help?i added this bit in the <head>

i just checked if i might mixed up the settings for my caching plugin (which was the former recommended WP Fastest Cache). Found out that there is an integrated function now. But on this page its grey and i cant activate the integrated cachiung (i diactived WP Fastest Cache first). What can be the reason for that?
I also code custom websites or custom Lay features.

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
