Form (created with forminator) is not showing up.
-
@arminunruh do you have any idea?
-

im not sure why but your form is set to hidden with display: none
-
ok so you need to disable
"Enable Smart Loading for HTML and Shortcode Elements"if that doesnt work, enable content filter too
if that doesnt work enable "disable ajax / compatibility mode" additionallyon your website currently, smart loading is enabled but forminator doesnt work with that it seems
-
hej @arminunruh thanks for your response. but i need the smart loading for html ans shortcode elements for some check out form from thrivecart (we fixed this before).
any other idea?
-
ok. i think the best way to fix this for me is to disable smart loading for forminator
-
@arminunruh how can i do this exclusivly for forminator – i habe no clue?!
-
yea im coding it! it will be just standard part of lay theme
-

Hello @arminunruh I have the same problem here: https://maler-palette-halle.de/ My "forminator" form keeps disappearing from the page. I DO have the newest LayTheme installed. When I save the page and load it, it appears. When I reload it, it's gone… I use the form in a footer page – is that the problem? Cheers!
-
I had to remove the form from the footer to show the page to my clients… might change it again later to troubleshoot. But I guess it has something to do with scripts not loading or loading too late in the footer? It would be nice to make it work if a websites gets more complex I would like to put certain elements in the footer to have them appear on all pages.
-
ok will be fixed with the next update. it is just sth to do with it being in the footer instead of on the normal page
