START YOUTUBE VIDEOS AT A CERTAIN TIME (using ?t=xx in URL)

Hey there,
i was wondering how it is possible to add a youtube video that starts at a certain time.
For example adding ?t=XX to the Link (like https://youtu.be/PWwYtH7UZfI?t=20) to start the video at 20 seconds.
When adding this to the project, it starts from the beginning. When pasting this link in the browser, it works.

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"

- Post a link to where the problem is
- Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
- If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
