Slider images non proportional

Dear Team, I can only see the pictures on my website completely if I push my browser to about half the width of the notebook, just before the window switches to the mobile phone mode. Ido use Safari. How do I change the settings so that the pictures are always displayed in their original proportions. If you want to have a look: www.stefanie-hoell.com

if you double click on the carousel. You see it on the top right of the popup box.
