Custom menu staying visible while switching pages

Hey guys,

is it possible to have a custom "text-block"-menu like https://christopherdoyle.co/ behaving like the typical laytheme menu:

• stay visible during page transition,

• hiding when scrolling down,

• list itemshowing when cursor goes to top?

this is not a default thing. You might need to code that in jQuery.
